A Payment Information Advice (PIA) is generated, and sent to your email displaying all details.
We use the recipient’s mobile number and email address as a method of communication in case there are any unforeseen delay, or if required for any regulatory purpose in their country.
From time-to-time, Remitr issues special promotional offers that give customers a discount on their money transfer fee. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it when you register on the Remitr app for the first time.
Once the funds have arrived in the receiver’s account, the sender cannot reverse the money transfer. If the receiver somehow does not receive the money, the amount is returned to the sender’s account within 15 days.
Your account is protected by a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and therefore difficult for someone else to access. Wrong PIN inputs would automatically block the account. If you would like to temporarily block your account, please contact email@example.com.
You can re-instate your account on your new device. You must ensure you are registering with the same mobile number that you registered with earlier. Then follow the security questions.
